The company operates its supermarkets under the Shop-Rite brand name. As of May 30, 2009, it operated eight supermarkets located in Ringgold, LaFayette, Chatsworth, Chickamauga, and Tunnel Hill, Georgia; Stevenson, Alabama; and Dayton and Jasper, Tennessee. The company was incorporated in 1968 and is based in Rossville, Georgia.
