In addition, the company invests in securities consisting of obligations of the United States government sponsored entities, municipal obligations, and mortgage-backed securities. As of June 30, 2021, it operated 19 full-service branch locations and one loan production office in Carroll, Columbiana, Jefferson, Stark, Summit, and Wayne and contiguous counties in Ohio. The company was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Minerva, Ohio.
