Cosmo Electronics Corporation manufactures and sells opto electronic and relay devices worldwide. The company's opto electronic devices include photo couplers for microelectronics, data processing, and telecommunication systems; photo triacs for use in power control of two-way triac rectifiers; photo link connectors, which are optical transmission devices that convert electrical signal to digital signal; sensors; and photo interrupters for automatic mounting. Its relay devices comprise SSR MOSFET output products that are used to control the switch of output pole connection; solid state relays, which are electronic state relays for industrial automation, home appliances, consumer electronics, and instruments; reed relays that control output pole connection for computer peripherals, instruments, and security and automation equipment, as well as for the telecom sector; and proximity sensors that include reed switch based and solid state magnetic proximity sensors. The company was founded in 1981 and is based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
