The Treasury segment provides foreign exchange services; cash management services for deposit taking and lending; and interest rate risk management services, as well as manages investments in securities. The Overseas Banking segment engages in the personal banking and commercial banking business activities in Macau and the People's Republic of China. The company is also involved in the property investment and securities dealing activities; and provision of nominee services. As of December 31, 2020, it had a branch network of 45 retail branches, 28 VIP centers, and 32 securities trading centers. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
