It provides diving and underwater services, including under water construction services for modification and redevelopment of existing offshore facilities; pre-engineering surveys; diving support services for pipe laying, such as pipe line stabilization; platform inspection, maintenance, and repair services; installation and replacement services for tie-ins, risers, and conductors; underwater ship repair and maintenance services; rig support diving services; and inspection services required for various certifying. The company is also involved in the procurement, fabrication, installation, hook up, and commissioning of plants and equipment on offshore platforms and drilling rigs, as well as onshore facilities comprising refineries, power plants, and ports. In addition, it offers offshore vessels and tugs for operations in ports; and logistic support services to chartered vessels, as well as supplies materials and manpower for ongoing offshore projects by company hired vessels. Further, the company provides engineering, procurement, and construction services on turnkey basis; ship and drilling rig repair services, such as hull, electrical, air conditioning, refrigeration, engine, piping, and deck repair services; and design engineering services.
