The Outsourcing Inbound Contact Services segment offers general enquiry, promotion, customer service, order, registration, emergency, and helpdesk hotlines. The Outsourcing Outbound Contact Services segment provides telemarketing and customer retention services, and cross-selling and customer satisfaction surveys. The Staff Insourcing Services segment offers staff support to various client activities, such as customer service, telemarketing, data entry, helpdesk assistance, and other backend projects. The Contact Service Centre and Service Centre Facilities Management Services segment is involved in leasing of its contact center facilities in the form of workstations; IVRS hosting services; contact center system holding solution; and service center facility management. The Financial Services segment offers securities trading and margin lending, securities advisory, and asset management services, as well as commercial and personal lending. The Others segment sells system and software; and provides licensing, system maintenance, and personnel services. The company is also involved in the provision of rental, telecommunication and related, home maintenance, and corporate financial management services; and research and development of telecommunication systems software.
