In addition, it holds a 51% interest in the Tshimpala project situated in the Republic of Malawi. The company was formerly known as Sovereign Gold Company Limited and changed its name to Force Commodities Limited in January 2017. Force Commodities Limited was incorporated in 2010 and is based in West Perth, Australia.
