Hoftex Group AG, through its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, and sells textile products for various applications in Germany and internationally. It operates through HOFTEX, NEUTEX, and TENOWO divisions. The company offers dyed yarns and threads, and numerous specialty yarns; and decorative fabrics as yard goods, as well as ready-made home textiles It also engages in weaving, dyeing, and finishing of decorative fabrics. In addition, the company offers sun-protective textiles to industrial customers; technical textiles; and nonwovens textiles for use in construction and cable industries, medical applications, and garment trading. The company was formerly known as Textilgruppe Hof AG and changed its name to Hoftex Group AG in January 2013. Hoftex Group AG was founded in 1853 and is headquartered in Hof, Germany.
