The company also provides information technology products comprising laptops, tablets, hard drives, and security products; batteries; professional and domestic lighting; and B2B products, such as application security, disaster recovery and encryption, endpoint security, network access, network security, systems management and reporting, and unified communications products, as well as call centers and other telecommunications equipment, and network management equipment. In addition, it offers customer communication management software; i-DOCS, a business application, which manages transactional database; and digital security services. The company offers its products under the Toshiba, Liebherr, Fourlis, Körting, TurboAir, Brandt, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Fortinet, ESET, Kaspersky Lab, Trend Micro, ZTE, and Allot Communications brands. The company was formerly known as Ideal Standard Refractories S.A. and changed its name to IDEAL Group S.A. in 1991. IDEAL Group S.A. was founded in 1972 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
