It operates vehicle fleets that handle special transport operations in consumer goods, steel, chemical and petrochemical, and other segments. The company also offers warehousing services; and manages receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment activities within the clients' premises. In addition, it provides urban distribution services; and raw material supply, loading, and internal handling services for various sectors, such as sugar and ethanol, mining, and pulp and paper. Further, the company transports company employees to strategic locations using a mix of vehicles, such as buses, minibuses, or vans, as well as offers studies on the itinerary and real-time boarding and occupancy of passengers; and provides tourism transportation services. Additionally, it is involved in the rental of light and heavy vehicles with drivers for the transportation of people and cargo. The company was founded in 1956 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. JSL S.A. is a subsidiary of Simpar S.A.
