The Dormitory segment is involved in the rental of dormitory units; and provision of dormitory accommodation services. The Investment Holding segment holds investments in quoted and unquoted securities and properties. The Property Development segment develops and sells residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as offers fund management services and investment services. The company also provides engineering, automation, and technical services, as well as management and management consulting services; undertakes general building construction, civil engineering, and electrical works; manufactures and supplies concrete; and administrative services. In addition, it is involved in shipping operations, including chartering of ships; trading steel products; and the provision of training for construction workers.
