The High Flex segment offers surface mount technology and inspection solutions for the electronics manufacturers. The High Volume segment provides solutions for dispensing adhesives, mounting fluids, and coatings used in the production of modern electronics. The Global Technologies segment offers manufacturing solutions for micro- and opto-electronics, as well as for mounting and testing camera modules with high precision. It also provides systems and system upgrade services; and spare parts and accessories. It sells its products through agents and distributors.
