It also develops software for video streaming and encryption, as well as operates in web hosting and web design business. Orbital Enterprises, Inc. was formerly known as Inter-Continental Services Corporation and changed its name to Orbital Enterprises, Inc. in December 2005. Orbital Enterprises, Inc. was founded in 1958 and is based in San Diego, California.
