As of December 31, 2020, it had a total of 1,948 contracted projects with an aggregate contracted gross floor area of approximately 567.2 million square meters covering 184 cities across 29 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. The company was formerly known as Poly Property Development Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Poly Property Services Co., Ltd. in July 2020.
