PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, together with its subsidiaries, provides property development services in Indonesia. It operates in three segments: Land Banking and Development, Real Estate Management and Services, and Investments & Fund Management. The Land Banking and Development segment is involved in the real estate activities, including urban development; development of facilities and its infrastructure; and large scale integrated development projects and its infrastructure development that include residential condominiums, commercial and entertainment areas, office space, and healthcare and education facilities. The Real Estate Management and Services segment manages real estate assets; and operates healthcare, town management, and parking facilities, as well as malls, hotels, and cemeteries. The Investments & Fund segment engages in the management of third-party capital for real estate related investments. The company provides professional, scientific, and technical services; construction, transportation, trading, water management and treatment, wastewater management, waste management and recycling, remediation, employment, and other supporting services, as well as hospital, clinic, health center, polyclinic, and other related services. In addition, it engages in investment, development, printing, agriculture, gardening, workshop, pharmaceutical wholesale trading, mining, computer programming, other management consulting, hotel management, township development, asset management, home care, and air installation activities. As of December 31, 2020, it operated 39 hospitals; 56 malls, including 46 leased and 10 strata-titled malls; and 10 hotels. The company was formerly known as PT Tunggal Reksakencana. PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Tangerang, Indonesia.
