The Clubs and Services division operates golf courses, as well as The Peak Tram, a tramway; wholesales and retails food and beverage products; and offers laundry, and management and consultancy services for clubs. The company is also involved in the wholesale and retail of merchandise; provision of dry cleaning, and marketing services; lending and borrowing of funds; and operates golf club and resort, and property investment activities.
