The company offers dry bulk shipping services that carry iron ores, coal, grains, cements, fertilizers, and steel and forest products; ship agency and ship brokerage services; and operates dry bulk vessels for tramp services. It also provides offshore services to the oil and gas industry; and produces and markets NPK compounds, bulk blending products, and fertilizers under the Stork brand for customers' needs for coffee, rice, rubber, vegetables, and various other crops. In addition, the company owns and operates Phu My port in South Vietnam; and provides ship supplies and logistics services, including supply of ship stores, cargo dunnage materials, cargo lashing and securing equipment, cargo handling equipment, tally and checker services, forklift rental/services, and warehouses and storage spaces for rental, as well as material procurement, management, and distribution services. Further, it offers cargo loading and unloading, cargo handling, and transportation services; owns and operates a fleet of nine petroleum tankers/barges and one liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker; transporting fuel, such as petroleum, ethanol, and LPG products to various ports/depots; provides water and coal supply chain management services, as well as pipeline installation and repair services; and operates and franchises Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants. Additionally, the company trades in fertilizers; provides property management and drilling services; produces and sells treated water; and engages in the lifestyle and entertainment businesses. The company was founded in 1904 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
