It also provides BPO solutions and services comprising contact center BPO, data entry BPO, and application operation and maintenance/system operation and maintenance services. In addition, the company offers contact center solutions and services that include inspirX platform, an application in CRM that provides customer, marketing, and contents database functions for contact center operations; and contact center BPO service, which provides supports for contact center operation and its system operation with focus on customer contact point, as well as inspirX contact center application.
