The Sports Experience segment is involved in the investment, operation, and service of sports destinations, including sports parks, sports centers, and ice- skating rinks, as well as sports competitions and events, and an e-sports club. The company also retails and distributes garments; and offers supply chain management, project investment and property development consultancy, sports talent management, competition and event production and management, and sports-related marketing and consultancy services. In addition, it engages in the provision of scientific physical rehabilitation training and health management activities; production and distribution of sports content; management and marketing of sports talents; manufacturing of shoes; licensing of trademarks; and property holding and letting activities. The company was formerly known as Coolpoint Energy Limited and changed its name to Viva China Holdings Limited in November 2010.
