The fund is co-managed by Voya Investments, LLC, Voya Investment Management Co. LLC, and NNIP Advisors B.V. It invests in public equity markets across the globe, excluding the United States. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It primarily invests in dividend paying stocks of companies. The fund also invests through derivatives linked to equity securities, such as call options on selected international, regional or country indices, and/or on equity securities, and/or ETFs. It employs a combination of fundamental and quantitative analysis with a bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against a composite benchmark consisting of 55% MSCI Europe Index and 45% MSCI All Country Asia Pacific ex-Japan Index. It was formerly known as ING International High Dividend Equity Income Fund. Voya International High Dividend Equity Income Fund was formed on September 25, 2007 and is domiciled in the United States.
