Ascentage Pharma Group International has a clinical collaboration with Acerta Pharma to evaluate the combination of Bcl-2 and BTK inhibitors in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma; and MSD to evaluate the combination of APG-115 and KEYTRUDA for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors. It has cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) with the National Cancer Institute. The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Suzhou, China.
