It also offers investment banking services, such as mergers and acquisitions advisory, debt and corporate restructuring, and valuation services for shares, as well as invests in unit trusts and buys, sells, and exchanges securities. The company was formerly known as Asia Plus Group Holdings Securities Public Company Limited and changed its name to Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited in July 2015. Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
