It offers a range of services in various areas of finance, including domestic and foreign stock markets listing, corporate finance management, overseas funding, mergers and acquisition, fixed income, stock brokerage, proprietary trading, financial derivatives, wealth management, futures brokerage, venture capital management, margin financing, insurance planning and consulting, and advisory services for investment management, as well as publishes research reports to businesses, institutions, and investors. The company's services include brokerage services for TAIEX and TAISDAQ listed stocks; credit transaction services of margin purchase and short sale; borrowing and lending of funds for unrestricted purposes; securities based lending; and the trading of index/stock futures, options, and foreign securities, as well as structured products in NT Dollars. It also issues call/put warrants and manages TAISDAQ-related derivatives, such as structured products and equity options; provides fund raising services for and invests in interest rate-related products, and investment and financial management-related consulting services for fund seekers and investors; and offers investment banking services, including IPO, SPO, ESB, and underwriting and placement services, as well as convertible bond asset-backed swaps. In addition, the company provides wealth management, proprietary trading, and registrar agency services.
