The company also offers services relating to information and telecommunications system network technology; data communications technology services; and marketing and technical support services for telecommunications companies. It serves telecommunications service providers; and non-telecommunications industries, such as finance, broadcast communication, social welfare, food and beverage, slimming and beauty shops, education, information technology, banking, and exposition and property development industries. The company was formerly known as International Elite Ltd. and changed its name to Goldstream Investment Limited in July 2019. Goldstream Investment Limited was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
