ImmuPharma plc, a biopharmaceutical company, discovers and develops peptide-based therapeutics. The company's lead product candidate is the Lupuzor, an autophagy immunomodulator, which is in Phase III clinical trial for the treatment of lupus, an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease. Its other product candidate includes IPP-204106, a peptide to modulate angiogenesis with application in cancer and ophthalmology; and BioGlucagon a therapy for low sugar events in diabetes.
