The company operates in six segments: Business Services, Technical Services, Care & Custody, Landscapes, Waste, and Interserve. The Business Services segment offers security services, such as manned guarding and technology-backed monitoring solutions, together with fire and security systems installations; cleaning focuses on general, specialist, and technical cleaning services that include clean rooms, high-security environments, and window cleaning; and office services comprises document management, vetting, and front of house. The Technical Services segment provides a range of technology-backed engineering; maintenance, repair, and M&E project activities; energy, carbon, and water management services; air conditioning/disinfection solutions; and digital workplace services. The Care & Custody segment provides critical public services in immigration, criminal justice, and healthcare. The Landscapes segment offers landscaping, focused on horticultural and winter services. The Waste segment engages in waste management business, providing waste reduction and treatment solutions. The Interserve segment offers facilities management services to central government departments, shopping centres, transport providers, manufacturing and industrial companies, healthcare providers, schools and universities, emergency services, and local authorities. It also provides professional, connected workspace, international, sustainability, risk management, and occupier services.
