The company operates in two segments: Semiconductor business segment and Electronic Manufacturing Services segment. It offers IC packaging and testing services comprising memory and logic IC packaging services; and IC testing services, such as wafer probing, automotive, flash memory, system level, and integrated circuit function tests. It also offers product manufacturing services, such as motherboard and PC cards, solar controller and inverter, photoelectric and industrial analytical measurement instruments, network communication security system, automotive electronics, internet of things (IoT), and FPGA board, as well as USB drives, and solid-state disk for oil / gas, aerospace / satellite, military / extreme environment, and medical industries.
